Excellor Software's computer version of Webster's Spanish-English
Dictionary is available in either Windows or Macintosh versions. Webster's
Spanish-English Dictionary helps you find the meaning (translation) and spelling
of a word from English to Spanish or from Spanish to English. It is of great
benefit to both Spanish-speaking learners of English and English-speaking
learners of Spanish.
- More than 60,000 entries. Definitions are very comprehensive with
examples of usage. (Two sections, Spanish-English and English-Spanish; you can
switch from one to another by the click of a button. The software is also
localized for both languages.
- Hundreds of new words. It is the most up-to-date dictionary of it's
kind on the market today. It reflects the most current spellings and the
latest alphabetization of the Spanish language in which ch and ll have been
eliminated as separate letters.
- Includes geographical names and their derivatives.
- American English spelling and vocabulary though many British usages
are included.
- Reference tables in Spanish and English which include commonly used
phrases, irregular verbs, signs, weights and measures, currency tables and
more.
